ProSport believes that there is no one better qualified to talk about these factors within a sporting club.
We believe that these factors are the most important elements to seeing a team reach the ultimate success. ProSport has first hand instructors that have reached the pinnacle success at the elite sporting level.
We are here to help design and part take in running fitness sessions that can set your team up with a high base of fitness so your team can reach the ultimate success – a premiership!
ProSport is proud to introduce the “Elite Fitness Test” Each sporting team will complete the test in week 1 of their training program
The “Elite Fitness Test” will provide each player and coach a very detailed graph outlining every player’s fitness results. The test will be done again in 8 week to re test your team to see what team and individual improvements were reached. ProSport’s “Elite Fitness Test” was designed to determine the exact fitness level of each member of the team.
We can use this information to set some goals and plans for individuals and the team over the 10 week program. Your goal is for a very successful year, sometimes it is important as a team to expose the weaknesses and celebrate the strengths within.
The fitness graphs will show the overall team result and identify you personally, we do not intended to embarrass any individuals, but to see where your team needs to focus your efforts on to get everyone to the desired level your club wants to reach. Fitness Goal will provide Pre / Post graphs which will show results from the first and second test comparing team and individual fitness improvements.
We will stress to each team member than the number one factor of the program is working together as a ‘team’. We will support and encourage everyone throughout the pre-season to reach their very best.
