Example Trip Itinerary

Day 1

Afternoon or evening arrival in Bali. Transfer from Airport and settle into your room with a welcome drink. Guests arriving in the afternoon will have dinner around 7.30pm.

Prepare for your trip

The great thing about our Bali Fitness Retreat is there isn't much preparation required in the lead up, making it an excellent option to just pack up and go and the hard work will be done when you get there.

We do recommend coming into ProSport 3-4 weeks prior to your trip to develop a base level of fitness across all of our classes, as you can expect a similar itinerary in Bali. So come and try out Boxing, HIIT, Strength, Spin and Running group before you head off. These sessions are also an excellent opportunity to meet other clients heading over to Bali on the same trip, as well as your trainers before you go.
