8 WEEKS TO WEDDING PERFECT!
We’ve designed routines for Brides and Bridal parties of all ages and fitness levels so that they can engage in challenging, fun exercise activities together.
As the big day approaches every bride and her entourage has a thousand things to deal with – organising the hen night, attending the bridal shower, making sure that the men do strictly as they are told and nothing more, and of course fitting perfectly into dresses and being in absolute tip top shape for the photos and videos that will be emailed and data streamed across the world, and passed down from generation to generation.
Here at ProSport Health & Fitness we are highly experienced in ensuring that women look their best for their big day – whether it is for a wedding or a photo shoot we know how to prepare the female body by our bridal boot camp so that it is at its most svelte, trim and healthy c
ome the big day. We leave no stone unturned.
ProSport Health & Fitness has two packages on offer.
BRIDE TO BE
This package is aimed solely at the bride-to-be and compromises of 3 sessions per week over a 6 week program where everything is geared towards ensuring the bride is looking fabulous as she walks down the aisle.
This is your big chance to make some amazing changes they wont just get you fit & healthy. It will get you looking amazing on your big day! We will meet as often as your schedule allows, (minimum of 3 sessions per week for 1 month). We can meet at a park near your home or at our Richmond studio.
THE BRIDAL CREW
This package is 2 sessions per week over 8 weeks, and is designed to help the bridal party get themselves fit and healthy in time for the wedding.
This package gets the job done by meeting 2 days per week for 2 months. We can meet at a park near your home or at our studio in Richmond. We will work on your goals, and make a plan for all 7 days of the week.
