Based on functional fitness, you won't find clunky machine weights in our Strength classes. Capped at 10 people per class so we can really focus on your technique we help you progress safely. Using kettlebells, medicine balls, barbells and dumbbells plus your own body weight, our circuits are based on tasks you will complete in everyday life. The benefits of these strength circuits are an increase in lean muscle mass, decrease in body fat, building strength and teamwork.
