Is it to keep fit for health, run the streets of Melbourne at the crack of dawn or a twilight run on a Monday night, your first half marathon or heading to the New York, Tokyo or Berlin Marathon? Our running team will put the steps in place for you to meet your goals. Open for all ages and capabilities, we have a number of different sessions available covering everything from intervals and hills, distance runs or an easy trot!
