Uniting cardio and strength training, our altitude circuits will have you doing everything from running on the treadmill, spinning on the bike, lifting weights, swinging kettlebells and anything else our motivating and supportive trainers concoct for you you! All of this between 3000-3500m altitude which equals time efficient training, increased oxygen efficiency, increased performance and increased energy levels.
