Tim founded ProSport back in 2006 post his AFL career when he decided to combine all the things he loved: health, fitness & travel. He has completed many major events around the world which is why he loves to assist clients on their quest to achieve their personal goals. His favourite adventures are Kokoda, Tour De France & New York Marathon.
Carly’s passion for health and fitness is evident when you meet her. She knows that variety is the key to consistency and as such provides her clients with a balanced program based on functional training, designed to promote muscle strength, improved body tone, cardiovascular health and enhanced confidence. As well as overseeing the operations and admin side of things at ProSport, Carly has assisted in leading numerous ProSport adventures including 2 major marathons (NY & Tokyo) and 2 Bali Bootcamps. She is about to head off to Berlin Marathon with the group in September then London Marathon in April.
Earlier in 2017, Todd completed Everest Base Camp. Four weeks later, he completed our Anzac Day Kokoda trip. As well as two adventures with ProSport, he is the Facility Manager at both our Alfred Health sites. - Masters of Exercise Science-Strength and Conditioning - Bachelor of Exercise Science - High Performance Manager at Calder Cannons in the TAC Cup.
PHOEBE DI TOMMASO
As a former international, competitive figure skater, transitioning from elite sport into the fitness industry was a natural choice for Phoebe. With a strong knowledge across Strength & Conditioning training as well as Group Personal Training and Sports performance.
With a background in team sports growing up (mainly football, soccer), Aydn developed a keen interest in running, triathlons and duathlons. After 2 full marathons he set himself a challenge to complete 5 domestic marathons in 2016 and am very proud to have completed that in Melbourne in October last year. I'm very passionate about coaching and helping all types of runners on their journey or toward specific goals anything from 800m to Ultra's!
Kate is a huge fan of outdoor playtime: biking, swimming, yoga, running and travel. Kate has been a triathlon coach for a number of years before becoming a PT. Quals: Cert III and IV in Fitness; Development Triathlon Coach; Boxing Instructor; Level 1 Wellness Coach
Michael’s interest and focus lies in junior athletic development and injury prevention/rehabilitation. Michael has a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Human Movement from VU and a Masters of High Performance Sport from ACU. Michael has been working with promising youth athletes for the last 4 years and has experience with state academies such as AFL Vic Metro and Netball Victoria. Qualified as an ASCA Level 1 S&C coach and has previously worked with Richmond Football Club’s Institute as an S&C coach. Michael currently plays football at Westbourne Grammarians in the VAFA, having played junior football at Werribee.

Since Graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teacher Training in 2006 Julia thrives on continually studying the science and philosophy of yoga, developing workshops and sharing her love of beautiful places through Yoga retreats locally and internationally. She hopes to share yoga's multitude of benefits with you.
