  • Skilled in evaluating health behaviours and risk factors, conducting fitness assessments, writing appropriate exercise prescriptions and motivating individuals to modify negative health habits and maintain positive lifestyle behaviours for health promotion.

  • Trained in “Corrective Exercise,” which addresses muscle imbalances, structural misalignments and altered movement patterns. Through corrective exercises reintroduce correct function, which in turn restores correct structure. Utilise the scientific principles of biomechanics, physics, and human physiology to correct the cumulative stress on the client’s body.

  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of‘’prehabilitation’’ and ‘’rehabilitation’’ through working as both a Sports Trainer and Sports Therapist, for various elite sporting clubs, including Melbourne Fc, Essendon Fc, Richmond Soccer club and Melbourne RUFC.
