A proud Kiwi who has spent the past 11 years in Montreal Canada, Lucy is a fitness enthusiast with an extensive background in high intensity interval training and sports performance. She was a competitive track & field athlete for seven years, racing the indoor 600m on the Canadian provincial circuit. She currently trains for Triathlons, as she made podium for her first Sprint Triathlon last Summer!

Lucy is an entrepreneur in the fitness industry, creating her own business in 2015, 'LucyYoungFitness.com', which lead to her sponsorship as a Polar Global Ambassador. Her training expertise enabled her to host training workshops for Lululemon, give talks for Running Room Canada and become a contributing writer for Triathlon Canada Magazine. 

Lucy is a well-rounded trainer and has experience training junior to senior level athletes, post-partum mothers (she is post-natal training certified) and anyone looking to drop fat and firm up. She believes training should be enjoyable and the results you will see from her sessions will keep you coming for more!
